GENERAL

HOW DO I KEEP UP WITH YOUR WORK?

The best way is to follow my instagram, @andrealahue, you can interact with me there too.  Instagram is linked to my main page.  I sporadically post on my blog.  If you sign up for my newsletter, I promise, they remain rare.

DO YOU PAINT INSIDE HOMES AND OUTSIDE BUSINESSES?

I can paint on any wall of your home or garden, or your business, inside or out, as long as we have the owners permission. 

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR A MURAL?

We would need permission from the owner, storage onsite or nearby, access to a restroom, wall size, lift if needed, schedule, 50% with signed contract, 50% day of completion.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR MURALS AND COMMISSIONS?

Yes, I love to travel.  It would add travel, accommodations and per diem to be paid at the time of travel.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR A COMMISSION?

We would need the desired size, subject, 50% with signed contract, 50% day of completion (typically a month + before delivery, to allow for dry time.)

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN, PRESENTATIONS AND COPYWRITING?

We would need the project parameters, timeline, payment negotiation depends on specific needs, from monthly stipends to PayPal and company checks.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

The project size and budget determine the price I charge.  Budget, time and supplies needed, lead the way.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Original artworks are delivered in person, if possible, otherwise UPS generally packs and ships them for me.  Many elements determine delivery, every painting will be carefully handled, to determine best shipper.

Digital work will be delivered via email.

Shop products will be drop shipped the way you determine during checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?

I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.  There is a 50% fee for any changes made to commissions or murals after signed contract.  Contract cancellation 50% fee.

If something comes damaged.  Take pictures, keep the packaging, contact me at randomactprojects@gmail.com right away.

DO YOU SELL PRINTS?

I have two state of the art, museum quality, environmentally friendly, numbered prints by Supar.Press available at the moment.  Contact me or Anne Martin for special requests or embellished prints.
